At Artemisia Magazine we are committed to offering you carefully curated, authentic, and inspiring digital content. Since our products are delivered in digital format, our return and refund policy reflects the regulations in force for this type of content.

We invite you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Under Article 16, letter m) of the European Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable UK regulations (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium (such as eBooks or PDF magazines) once the download or access has begun, with the user’s express consent.

By purchasing one of our digital products, you explicitly agree to waive the right of withdrawal at the time of order confirmation and file access.
However, in case of technical issues or delivery errors, the purchased content may be resent.


When a second delivery of digital content can be requested

We accept support and file resend requests only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged file: the file does not open or is incomplete;

  • You purchased the product but did not receive the email with the download link within 24 hours;

  • Technical error during purchase (e.g. duplicate payment);

  • Obvious error in the product description that led to a non-compliant purchase;

  • You entered an incorrect email address and notify us within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a file resend, the request must be sent within 7 days of the purchase date, specifying:

  • The order number

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • A description of the issue encountered

  • A screenshot or proof file of the problem


How to request a second delivery of digital content

We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Credit times depend on your provider or bank.


We cannot offer a second delivery of digital content in the following cases:

  • You have already successfully downloaded or viewed the content;

  • You change your mind after completing the download;

  • The file is incompatible with your device for reasons beyond our control;

  • You do not provide sufficient information to verify the problem.
